All-purpose pizza sauce with anchovy, garlic, and San Marzano tomatoes — makes about 3 cups.

whole peeled San Marzano tomatoes (1 can)28 oz

1Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add anchovy fillets and cook, stirring often, until they begin to sizzle and melt, about ⏱️ 1 minute .olive oil: 3 tbsp, anchovy fillets: 2 (they melt into the oil for savoriness, not a fishy taste)
